How to upload Physical Form

How to Upload the Physical Form:

1. During Registration

- Upload the Physical Form once you reached Step 4 - Physical Forms. https://prnt.sc/1yfq9n3

2. Submitted form
- Login as a returning user to the registration site - https://libertyhsco-ar.rschooltoday.com
- Click 'View' under the Registration Form column. https://prnt.sc/1ya31sw
- Go to Step 4 - Physical Forms and upload the form. https://prnt.sc/1ya33ax
- Once done, click the Save button.

3. Family Account (Physical Date Column)
- Once logged in to the family account, click 'Add' under the Physical Date column. https://prnt.sc/1ya346s
- Upload the form on the pop-up window. https://prnt.sc/1ya36ou
- Once done, click the Save button.
